The Hansen family turned on their Air Conditioning over the holiday weekend only to find out it wasn’t working. When they called the company who installed it, they got a recorded message.
When they called Crystal, they got our after hours answering service, which connected them with our on-call service tech, which got them help 15 minutes after they called.
We were able to get them going in another 15-20 minutes, which means that in less than an hour from when they called, their A/C was cooling them down on a HOT Saturday.
Thanks Dave… it was our pleasure. Now you can go back to that yard work. #NoExcuses! ??????
